A 56-year-old Edgartown man was arraigned today at Edgartown District Court for various charges including making a bomb threat. David Capato allegedly threatened to “vaporize” police officers at the Vineyard Haven Steamship Authority on Wednesday night. A Republican congressman announced this week that he's been working closely with Donald Trump on an executive order to temporarily halt offshore wind turbine activity along the East Coast, and to lay groundwork for more permanent action.
