Sweet relief: Dairy Queen opens

Representatives on the Martha’s Vineyard Commission scrutinized the proposed 100-unit Green Villa project, particularly for the traffic it would generate. A potential mitigation option raised was more roundabout infrastructure in Oak Bluffs. Other concerns included the buildings' size and the number of units that would be sold to Island businesses.
