Got a minute?
Here’s what’s happening on Martha’s Vineyard today.

The Martha's Vineyard Times wishes you a happy National Maritime Day! The holiday commemorates the first transoceanic steam-powered voyage, begun when the steamship Savannah set sail from its namesake city in Georgia in 1819. It's always mari-time on-Island, but today we encourage
you to take a moment to consider the seafarers, scallopers, and shipbuilders who make the Vineyard a special place. If your friend sent you this, sign up for yourself here.
