Newly built, custom home located in Katama, just a short walk to Edgartown and a quick bike ride to South Beach. A new owner will appreciate the thought and attention to detail that has been incorporated into this home, which was designed and built by an experienced building company, Speedwagon Partners. Featuring a combination of contemporary design and expertly crafted details, like bespoke cabinetry, porcelain and quartz surfaces, and white oak flooring, the home instantly feels very luxurious and elegant. There are a total of four bedrooms and four full baths, plus two half-baths and two laundry rooms. The living spaces are open to each other, yet also defined, with an abundance of natural light, thanks to oversized windows and high ceilings. The living room fireplace, Wolf and Thermador kitchen appliances, and a 10-foot quartz island are just some of the features that make this
property stand out. A finished lower-level completes the home, and the property is well-landscaped, focusing on a gunite pool and a hot tub with tasteful stonework, plus a gas fire pit and decking.

Quote of the Day "We need to make the Steamship Authority a place people want to come in and grow in their careers." —Jim Malkin, SSA board rep on improving reliability on the ferry line Hot Topic Comment"My heart goes out to the first responders who have to/are dealing with yet another tragic loss of life because of a moped accident." —Susan Desmarais on a fatal moped accident in Oak BluffsHot Topic Letter"[W]e write to express our dismay at DCR’s recent eviction of island residents in the State Forest with either no, or at best, very limited and clearly insufficient communication before people’s entire possessions were removed and, incomprehensibly,
destroyed. We implore DCR to coordinate its activities on the Island with Island officials and resources such as the county and Harbor Homes, to ensure this never happens again." —The Dukes County Commissioners are dismayed after the state Department of Recreation and Conservation cleared homeless
encampments in the State Forest
