Here’s what’s happening on Martha’s Vineyard today.
It’s spring, which means sports are hot right now. Bruins are doing well, Celtics have rebounded, the Red Sox are somewhat relevant, and a soccer legend played in New England this weekend. But most importantly, your Vineyard

A Day for the Earth After cleaning up the Vineyard's beaches all morning, volunteers were welcomed to the Martha's Vineyard Museum for the second annual Earth Day Festival. Read about the winners of the Trash Awards for most interesting beach finds, and the latest efforts from Island and regional environmental groups. Check that out here.
An American tradition The Little League for Martha’s Vineyard brought back their annual parade this past weekend, the first held since the pandemic. And it didn’t disappoint. All 21 Little League teams took part in the festivities and more than 200 players proudly walked through downtown Oak Bluffs to Veira Park. Read our coverage and get a glimpse of the action here.
