Storm’s a-brewing If you needed a reminder that winter does in fact have snowy storms, tomorrow is your day. The National Weather Service is forecasting snow and heavy winds for Tuesday’s nor’easter. The storm may impact ferry travel and could cause power disruptions as well. Read more here.
Aquinnah's got talent Organizers are looking to complete the roster for an all-ages variety show in Aquinnah. Organizer Laura Jordan-Decker wants to shine a spotlight on the town's wintertime talent, though people from across the Vineyard may perform. The show is planned for the second week of April at Aquinnah town hall. Read more here.
Oak Bluffs granted $4.3 million Oak Bluffs received a $4.3 million grant to offset a portion of its $26 million wastewater treatment facility upgrade. The goal is to reduce the amount of nitrogen being discharged into Lagoon Pond and it’s part of a 20-year plan. Read more here.
